تبیین الگوی مدیران جهادی در تحقق امنیت و وحدت جامعه اسلامی (مورد مطالعه: شهید قاسم سلیمانی)

چکیده
تاریخ تمدن بشر بیانگر این واقعیت است که برخی از انسان‌ها با نقش‌آفرینی ویژه و تاریخی باعث نقطه عطف تمدنی شده‌اند. در این میان شهید سلیمانی با الگوی کارآمد و سرآمد در گستره بین‌المللی به‌عنوان یک استراتژیست نابغه، مکتب جدیدی را در عرصه بین‌المللی عرضه کرد. در این راستا تدوین و بررسی الگوی شهید در راستای تحقق امنیت وحدت امت اسلامی که هدف تحقیق حاضر نیز می‌باشد ضرورت اساسی می‌یابد. بدین منظور تحقیق حاضر از روش آمیخته بهره برده است، به‌طوری از روش کیفی( داده بنیاد) گراندد تئوری جهت شناسایی و استخراج کدهای الگو استفاده‌شده است و سپس جهت برازش الگوی تدوین‌شده، از مدل‌سازی معادلات ساختار در محیط smart pls بهره برده شده است. در همین راستا یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داده است که 440 کدباز شناسایی‌شده‌اند که 371 کد تکراری بوده و با حذف آن‌ها 69 کد محوری به‌دست‌آمده، که درنهایت با دسته‌بندی آن‌ها 16 کد انتخابی حاصل‌شده‌اند، و سپس با گروه‌بندی( کدهای انتخابی)، 6 گروه( تحت عنوان الگوی شهید سلیمانی) شکل‌گرفته‌اند. درنهایت برازش الگوی تدوین‌شده نشان داده است ‌که مقادیر برازش قدرت تبیین( بیش از 60/0 درصد)، قدرت پیش‌بینی ( بیش از 70/0درصد)، برازش کلی ( 68/0درصد) تعیین‌شده ، که نشانگر این بوده‌اند که تفکرات آینده‌نگارانه، وحدت‌سازی و همگرایی گروها باعث تقویت تعهد، صداقت، مسئولیت‌پذیری وفاداری می‌شده است.

چکیده English

The history of human civilization shows the fact that some people have caused a turning point in civilization by playing a special and historical role. In the meantime, Shahid Soleimani presented a new school in the international arena with her efficient and outstanding model in international institutional management as a genius strategist. . In this regard, compiling and examining the model of the martyr in order to realize the security and unity of the Islamic Ummah, which is also the goal of the present research, is essential. For this purpose, the qualitative method (foundation data) of grounded theory has been used to identify and extract pattern codes and finally infer groups (causal, central, contextual, intervening, strategic, consequence). And then in order to fit the model, structural equation modeling was used in the smart pls environment. The results of the research have shown that the fit of the developed model is determined by R2 (0.60), Q2 (0.70), GOF (0.68). And the graph of this issue has been that the strategies of Martyr Soleimani have had a strong impact on the security of the country and the unity of the Islamic Ummah
