چکیده
گروهها وفرقه های مختلف از دیرباز همواره در درون جامعه اسلامی خود را منتسب به اسلام نموده و قرائت های مختلفی را از اسلام ارائه کرده اند با نگاه پارادایمی، اندیشه سیاسی مسلمانان را در سطح کلان می توان به سه جریان سنت گرایی دینی، نوگرایی دینی و تجدد گرایی دینی، تقسیم نمود. فکر سلفی تکفیری جزء جریان موسوم به سنت گرایی دینی قابل طرح و بررسی است. نگارنده در پی پاسخ به این سوال است که ماهیت گروههای سلفی چیست؟ و کشورهای غربی (بخصوص امریکا) چه اهداف ونقشی را در شکل گیری، رشد وتداوم این گروههای دنبال می کنند؟ برای پاسخ به این سوال؛ ابتدا به بررسی اندیشه سلفی پرداخته شده و مولفه های فکر سلفی را در چارچوب سنت گرایی دینی مورد بحث قرار داده؛ سپس با محور قرار دادن نظریه برخورد تمدنهای هانتینگتون به چگونگی نقش غرب در شکل گیری، رشد و تداوم این گروهها می پردازیم. فرضیه مورد نظر این است که با توجه به نظریه هانتینگتون غرب همواره از شکل گیری قدرت تمدنی جهان اسلام واهمه داشته است، بدین منظور برای پیشگیری از تبدیل شدن جهان اسلام به عنوان یک قدرت جهانی، تلاش دارد تا با اسلام هراسی و معرفی اسلام امریکایی، کشورهای اسلامی را در دو راهی انتخاب سلفیها یا پایگاههای آمریکایی قرار دهد. لذا تا حد امکان تلاش می کند، ضمن مخالفت ظاهری با گروههای تکفیری، چهره ای نامعقول از اسلام به جهانیان معرفی نمایند؛ بنابراین غرب اگر چه ممکن است در اصل شکل گیری گروه های سلفی نقش کمی را ایفا نماید اما با پشتیبانی و حمایت همه جانبه از گروه های سلفی برای تغییر فرایند اسلام گرایی و تامین منافع استراتژیک خود تلاش می کند. چرا که این مساله زمینه حضور بلند مدت خود وسرکوب جریان های منتسب به مقاومت را برای جلوگیری از شکل گیری تمدن واقعی اسلام فراهم می سازد.

Groups and sects have long been attributed to Islam within the Islamic community and have different interpretations of Islam by looking paradigm, political thought Muslims at large can be divided into three streams of religious traditionalism, religious modernism and religious modernism were divided. Takfiri Salafi think part of the so-called religious traditionalism and design reviews. The author seeks to answer this question: What is the nature of Salafist groups? And the West (especially America) what objectives and role in the formation, growth, introducing and maintaining these groups are looking for? To answer this question, first discussed the idea of Salafi thought and the Salafi components discussed in the context of religious traditionalism; then Huntington’s clash of civilizations theory by focusing on how the role of the West in the formation, growth and continuity of the turn. According to the theory of Huntington’s hypothesis is that the West has always been afraid of the formation of Islamic civilization, In order to avoid becoming the Islamic world as a global power, is trying to Islam phobia and the introduction of American Islam, Islamic countries Salafists or the US bases will be selected in two ways. Therefore tries as much as possible, while opposition of Takfiri groups, face unreasonable introduce Islam to the world, so West Although in principle the formation of Salafist groups may play little role, but with the support and the support Islamist and Salafist groups to change the process in its strategic interests.Because this is a long-term presence and alleged suppression of the resistance to prevent the formation of Islamic civilization provides real.
