چکیده

جریان ملی گوروش یکی از مهم‌ترین نمایندگان اسلام سیاسی در ترکیه است. آن‌ها برای رسیدن به اهداف خود و در چارچوب دموکراسی ترکیه اقدام به تأسیس احزاب اسلامی مختلفی از جمله حزب نظام ملی، سلامت ملی، حزب رفاه، فضیلت و سعادت می‌کنند و در راستای تأسیس نظامی عدالت محور که روح حاکم بر قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران است تلاش می‌نمایند. به‌عبارت‌دیگر اربکان رهبر این جریان که سقوط شوروی را متوجه شده و متأثر از آرمان‌ها و شعارهای انقلاب اسلامی مانند عدالت محوری و استکبارستیزی و ...بود، تلاش می‌کند تا مکتب نظام‌مند و جذاب‌تری را برای ترکیه نوین خلق کند؛ بنابراین ما در این مقاله تلاش کردیم تا حقوق ملت در مانیفست فکری جریان ملی گوروش را با قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران را با استفاده از روش توصیفی-تحلیلی مقایسه نموده و به شباهت‌ها و تفاوت‌های آن‌ها اشاره‌کنیم. درواقع ما به دنبال پاسخگویی به این سؤال بودیم که شباهت‌ها و تفاوت‌های اصول مربوط به حقوق ملت در قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران و آراء ملی گوروش چه بوده است؟
در همین راستا یافته‌های تحقیق حاکی از این است که جریان ملی گوروش نه‌تنها ازنظر معرفتی آشنا با مبانی جمهوری اسلامی ایران بوده، بلکه آراء آن‌ها در قواعد و اصول مربوط به حقوق ملت مانند حقوق مدنی و سیاسی، حقوق اقتصادی، اجتماعی، فرهنگی و حقوق قضایی بسیار به قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران نزدیک است. البته نباید فراموش کنیم که نفوذ ملی‌گرایی و لائیسم در آراء ملی گوروش باعث گردیده تا دیدگاه آن‌ها در برخی موارد با قوانین جمهوری اسلامی ایران که همیشه بر برتری اسلام تأکید می‌کند و منبع تمامی قوانین خود را اسلام می‌داند، تفاوت داشته باشد.

چکیده [English]

Millî Görüş is one of the leading Islamist movements in Turkey. It’s believers seek to achieve their goal through a democratic approach, so they’ve established some Islamic parties include National Order Party, National Salvation Party, Welfare Party, Felicity Party and Virtue Party. Their ultimate goal is to establish a justice oriented Order which is similar to the spirit of the Iranian constitution. Necmettin Erbakan the leader of this movement has seen the dissolution of the Soviet Union and is also inspired by the Islamic revolution’s ideas like justice orientation, Fighting Global Arrogance, et cetera. studying the ideas of “National Outlook” shows that the proponents of this movement ideologically are inspired by the fundamentals of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Also, their interpretation of the rights of the people like political, civil,economic , social, cultural and legal rights is similar to Iranian constitution. Don’t forget that the Influence of nationalism and Laicism on “National Outlook” causes some differentials between its view of Islam and Iranian interpretation of Islam that emphasizes the superiority of Islam and counts it as the source of all laws. Iranian constitution states the all rights of the people are bound by the Islamic fundamentals. This point can’t be seen in National Outlook’s Ideas. Also, don’t forget that the “National Outlook” called it a Mujahid and interprets It’s leaning toward nationalism and Atatürk’s Laicism for the sake of God and chant slogans that all my acts was For God's sake.
