One of the most important of these bases is verse 141 of Surah Nisa, which is the basis of the jurisprudential rule of denying the rule of infidels over Muslims. Based on this, doing any action that leads to the superiority of infidels over Muslims , it has legal respect.The investigation carried out in the present research shows that most of the contemporary Shia and Sunni commentators, unlike their predecessors, have seriously paid attention to the political and social implications of this Quranic doctrine by developing the meaning of negating the domination of the infidels over Muslims.The purpose of the current research is to explain the evolution in understanding the political and social implications of the verse of denial of domination and to examine its factors (issue) with a descriptive and analytical method (method). Two important factors can be stated for this change of approach.The first factor is the dominance of Western governments over large parts of the Islamic world.This problem has caused reformers and religious thinkers to try to find a way out of find it.The second factor is the efforts of Muslim jurists, especially Shiite jurists, in forming protest movements against foreign rule based on this Quranic principle (findings) as one of the most important religious bases of negating the rule of non-Muslims over Muslims.

  Supposition:The study of the constitutions of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Arab Republic of Egypt (2014) shows that the basic structures of these two countries in Middle East ...  Read More Supposition:The study of the constitutions of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Arab Republic of Egypt (2014) shows that the basic structures of these two countries in Middle East are very important and they are strategically similar.Question:What are the similarities and differences in the basic structures of the Iran’s constitution and Egypt’s constitution, and what is the reason for that.Method: This study has been conducted in the form of library research, and by reviewing the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Arab Republic of Egypt, books and articles related to constitution law and comparative constitutional law.Conclusion: Both of the countries have relied their system’s legitimacy on Islam democracy. Moreover similarities between Legal and political system of both countries including, Republic system, country integrity, simplicity of national divisions, having semi-parliamentary executive power, democratic basis of system structure, and ruling Islamic Sprit on legislation and issues of this type, attract attention in this regard. Such issues create more similarities in power position and authorities of political bodies of the two countries which can be inferred from their responsibilities, job description, and appointment and selection system.

However, since hypocrisy and mixing truth and falsehood is the main strategy of the false front, it is difficult to recognize falsehood (Issue). Therefore, considering the importance of explaining Islam's strategy in facing the enemies and the role of recognizing the enemy in explaining this strategy (necessity), it is appropriate to find out what is the cause of this confrontation and what is the strategy of the Qur'an and the Prophet's way of adopting a correct confrontation strategy? (Question). The outcome of this article with the application of the method of interpretation and content analysis of the verses of the Qur'an and considering the prophetic life (method) shows that the factor that makes Muslims aware of the activities of the enemies is based on the belief that the enemies are constantly conspiring and starting a war. They use various tools such as humiliation, mockery, the dissemination of doubt, controversy, deception, and threats to destroy Islam. Consequently, Muslims must be able to adopt a powerful strategy in both soft and hard confrontations, and this can only be accomplished by recognizing the enemy. In this field, Qur'an and Prophet's life are the most reliable sources. (Found)

It’s believers seek to achieve their goal through a democratic approach, so they’ve established some Islamic parties include National Order Party, National Salvation Party, Welfare Party, Felicity Party and Virtue Party. Their ultimate goal is to establish a justice oriented Order which is similar to the spirit of the Iranian constitution. Necmettin Erbakan the leader of this movement has seen the dissolution of the Soviet Union and is also inspired by the Islamic revolution’s ideas like justice orientation, Fighting Global Arrogance, et cetera. studying the ideas of “National Outlook” shows that the proponents of this movement ideologically are inspired by the fundamentals of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Also, their interpretation of the rights of the people like political, civil,economic , social, cultural and legal rights is similar to Iranian constitution. Don’t forget that the Influence of nationalism and Laicism on “National Outlook” causes some differentials between its view of Islam and Iranian interpretation of Islam that emphasizes the superiority of Islam and counts it as the source of all laws. Iranian constitution states the all rights of the people are bound by the Islamic fundamentals. This point can’t be seen in National Outlook’s Ideas. Also, don’t forget that the “National Outlook” called it a Mujahid and interprets It’s leaning toward nationalism and Atatürk’s Laicism for the sake of God and chant slogans that all my acts was For God's sake.

The above research analyzes the effects of Israel's influence in the Middle East and its effect on Iran's axis of influence as the most important strategic competitor of this country (goal). It seems that Israel's attempt to normalize relations with the Arabs and expand its influence in the Middle East region (Iran's peripheral environment) is based on the balance of threats, prevention of regional influence and confrontation and reduction of Iran's strategic strength and depth in its national-regional environment. (Hypothesis). The current research is of a fundamental-applied type, with a qualitative-interpretive method and a descriptive-analytical approach and compiled in a library manner. Also, for the theoretical framework of this research, Stephen Walt's threat balance theory has been used (method, framework). Basically, one of the countries that has changed and emerged from the crisis due to the recent developments in North Africa and the Middle East due to the Islamic Awakening. In this country, due to a series of accumulated challenges and demands, which is manifested in the form of relative deprivation, it entered into a pervasive security dilemma that left the country's decision-making system in crisis. Now, the question arises that in re-reading the phenomenon of Islamic awakening in a reactionary narrative centered on the issue of relative deprivation, how was this issue effective as a catalyst in the emergence of fundamentalist groups such as Jabhat al-Nusra? (Introduction). Descriptive-analytical method and using the theory of relative deprivation as a subset of reactive paradigms (Method), This hypothesis that the inability of the ruling system as a decision-making variable in Syria due to its inability to respond to social demands has paved the way for fundamentalist groups to pursue a policy of violence. The main purpose of this study is to identify the Middle East security complex by emphasizing what and how constructive alliances with a special focus on the role of the resistance-oriented coalition.(objective) What alliances are there in the Middle East security complex? Domestic instability and regional unrests can be considered as the consequences of these crises, and Coronavirus pandemic will cause to deepen the crises sharply at various arenas (Problem Statement). The current article seeks to answer the question of how the Coronavirus crisis has changed power arrangements and nature of governance in Middle East political systems and what are its possible consequences. We have had a descriptive-analytical approach and utilized library and Internet sources to collect data (method). It seems that previous crises in Middle East countries have been intensified under the impact of global coronavirus crisis at economic, political and social levels and we can say briefly that coronavirus has led to intensify crisis environment in the Middle East (hypothesis). In order to prove the the hypothesis, the present article describes identity, legitimacy, political participation, penetration and convergence in the the pre- and post-corona era in these societies and examines the impact of the coronavirus crisis on internal structures, power relations and foreign interactions of these countries. Research findings reveal that Coronavirus crisis, among other factors, is likely to strengthen authoritarianism in monarchies, expand nationalist tendencies, deepen the nation-state divides, and widen the gap between rich and poor states in the Middle East (Results).

The uprising of Sheikh Othman bin Fodider in the Hausa land is considered one of the most important jihadist movements in West Africa that ignited the spark of Islamic awakening in this region. Why and how this movement is the problem of this research. The main question of the present article is how the Osman Bin Fudi movement was formed and what results did it get? The research method is descriptive-analytical. The findings of the research show that Sheikh Othman, observing the religious, moral and political corruption in the society and the ruling system of the Hausa princes, sought to correct this situation based on the obligation of Jihad to preserve Islam. In the first stage, he spread religious teachings by calling to Islam, and in the second stage, he declared jihad against the oppressive rulers of the region, and by winning over the Hausa rulers, he was able to form the Islamic Caliphate of Sokoto. The goal of Bin Fudi's uprising was to revive Islamic life in the society and return to authentic Islam. The Ben Fudi movement deepened the influence of Islam in the West African region, and other reform movements were formed in the region following the example of this uprising.

In the contemporary age, conflicts among Islam. Jew and west civilization stemmed from traditions and views of Christianity religion are of very important and many parts of cultural studies have dedicated to it. Europeans attempts to control and overcome Middle East and Iran date back to British attack, crusaders and romans. The west knew that the most way to take and permanent hegemony on a territory is to dwell there.. Findings of the research show that America and west to prevent of unity of Islamic countries and seize of theirs sources use several technics including Yinon plan. Progression of the Arab and Israel peace plan, prevention of exert or apply power of Iraq on the pricing and direct supply of oil, showing Iran. Descriptive research methods, including ...  Read More This study aimed to analyze the dimensions and elements of Islamic awakening and its place in the history books of second class high school of Iran. Descriptive research methods, including document analysis and content analysis and its approach is also considered as a functional approach in this study. The study population consisted of two parts; texts related to different dimensions of Islamic awakening and 4 school history textbook second class of high school (Iran and world history 1 and 2, the contemporary history of Iran and historian), which will be published in the academic year 95-1394 due to the nature and limitations of the research community, regardless of the sampling and analysis of the entire population is located. Measuring devices, as well as inventory taking notes form content analysis was designed. Documents, data quality and data content analysis method using descriptive indicators have been examined in the process of Shannon entropy analysis. The major findings of this study indicate that: 1- Based on the conceptual framework of Islamic awakening in 3 dimensions and 48 factors related documents formulated. 2- A total of 2656 secondary school history textbooks references to the different dimensions of the Islamic awakening, concerned that the frequency and percentage Iran and world history books 1 and 2, respectively 357 modern Iranian history and the historian (4/13 %), 740 (27.9%), 1342 (5/50%), 217 (2.8%) . 3- Also in the aspect of study cognitive dimension with the information once 907/0 and 359/0 most important factor and performance with the load factor of about 789/0 and 312/0 important to have the least attention.

  The current research is written to reveal and analyze the attitude of Imam Ali(AS)towards the foundations of politics based on ethics and to analyze its harms in the stability of governments ...  Read More The current research is written to reveal and analyze the attitude of Imam Ali(AS)towards the foundations of politics based on ethics and to analyze its harms in the stability of governments and the awakening of nations(problem);This research,organized with a qualitative method and a descriptive-analytical approach based on library data with an emphasis on Nahjal-Balagha,tries to explain the infrastructures of the connection between ethics and politics in the attitude of Imam Ali(AS).(method)The view of politics based on ethics is one of the approaches proposed in the connection of these two categories with each other,and a comprehensive review of its principles and contents can have a tremendous effect on the stability of governments and the awakening of nations in a wide level.(hypothesis)By examining the approach of the government thought of Imam (AS),it can be seen that despite the variety of views,politics without the support of ethics will bring various personal and social harms. The result of this approach is to consolidate the infrastructure of the society based on morality and religion,especially discourse in connection with the institution of governance. The findings show that in Imam's thought,monotheistic,trust,service,tool-,and dignity-oriented attitude towards politics and policy-making provides the basis of a healthy governance and an informed,systematic and ethical society. Therefore,this attitude will be a suitable platform for empathy and the manifestation of purposeful interaction in society.(Findings)

Based on the descriptive-analytical method and using library sources, this research addresses the question of what are the components of the cultural governance of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, which has inspired Islamic awakening in regional and extra-regional countries? In response, it should be said that Iran's Islamic revolution, relying on soft cultural governance, especially values such as Islamic teachings, religious democracy, the culture of resistance and martyrdom, spirituality and religious authority, has been able to revive religious self-belief and Islamic awakening in the regional arena and influence to hold world events and bring his cultural and soft power to the fore in the international arena.

Among the various classes, including the poor, industrial workers and upper classes, cause the new middle class in a revolutionary way; this class can be thought leaders to overcome traditional thinking and lead them to make a rational decision-making. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of the new middle class is creating a revolution in Egypt and Saudi-style cross will be carried out using the library and internet resources. Accordingly, the main question is why the new middle class could play an important role in the Egyptian revolution, but while growing well in Saudi Arabia had also failed to bring the government imposes in such movement? In this regard, the research hypothesis is that the nature and type of government structure, social structure and how the face of modernity and globalization processes, factors affecting the rate is revolutionizing new middle class in Saudi Arabia and Egypt. The results also show that the structural basis because the government authoritarianism, patriarchy, reinter state, civil society and freedom of weak, dependent on the government, political parties, economic and debt crisis, unemployment and poverty, high academic education, Dating with the technology, the internet and modern media, role of women, the process of political liberalization and modernization, etc., in the new middle class in revolutionizing Egypt and Saudi Arabia have had a key role.

In this regard,‌‌‌‌‌ Ayatollah Khamenei, in the position of jurisprudence and leadership, as a revivalist of the concept of explanation jihad, has placed special emphasis on clarifying the facts in order to neutralize this tool. Therefore, considering the Shariah support of explanation Jihad, it is necessary to explain it in its expansion and implementation‌(issue); The current research with a descriptive-analytical method with an inductive approach and the analysis of the Supreme Leader's statements by using library sources has been used to illustrate the nature and jurisprudential foundations of explanation jihad (method); The results indicate that from Ayatollah Khamenei's point of view, the explanation Jihad refers to an enlightened effort against the enemy, in the way of elevating the Islam. Due to its special importance in the current era, it is an objective obligation that will be different for people and cases. This duty is definite and immediate and is done defensively and offensively to the extent of one's ability. The jurisprudential foundations of the obligation of jihad are based on verses, traditions and jurisprudential rules, such as the rule of the obligation to guide the ignorant, the obligation to preserve the system, the expediency of the system, the obligation to cooperate for goodness, and invitation(findings).

The research community consists ...  Read More The aim of this study was to analyze the content of elementary school textbooks according to the dimensions and components of the Islamic Awakening. The research community consists of two parts, namely: texts related to the dimensions and components of Islamic awakening and three titles of elementary school textbooks (Persian, social education and gifts of heaven) published in the academic year 1400/1499. (Introduction) The research method is descriptive, including: documentary analysis as well as content analysis and its approach is also applied to the tools of measuring the form of receipts and checklists (checklist) content analysis using descriptive statistics indicators. (Method) It was found that the components of oppression and arrogance, seeking freedom and preventing the consequences of colonial influence, cohesion, convergence and Islamic solidarity, spiritualism and strengthening religious knowledge, martyrdom and the desire for self-sacrifice and jihad in the way of God, confrontation With violent behaviors, reproduction of the culture of resistance and steadfastness, emphasis on the inalienable rights of revolutionaries and the issue of Islamic awakening and justice, truthfulness and righteousness are also found. Also, books of heavenly gifts, Persian and social teachings are the most abundant. It included the dimensions and components of the Islamic Awakening and the fifth grade had the most emphasis in this regard. Therefore, the content of textbooks had a relatively good knowledge and awareness in the field of Islamic awakening capacities.(Results)
