After the Islamic Revolution, one of the charges against the Islamic Republic of Iran has repeatedly been exploited, supporting terrorist groups and terrorism that the signs of revolution Capture of Espionage nest, supporting Islamic movements, supported by Syria and the pursuit of policies Nuclear represented. Accordingly, the West, especially America, relying on the power and use of media tools to establish a dialogue false name of "state terrorism" against the Islamic Republic is leading the effort. This paper presents the theory of "dialogue" with the use of the library to investigate the charges against the Islamic Republic of Iran on the issue of terrorism, especially state terrorism is discussed.
