Abstract
The spread of Salafi thought began in the past decades and reached its peak in 2011 and sects such as the Taliban and ISIS have also emerged from its womb. In this study, a comparison of these two types of ideas is considered. Approach The purpose of the present study is to examine the political and social views of the Taliban with ISIL. This research is a kind of analytical-documentary research that has analyzed the research questions using philosophical hermeneutic technique. According to the findings of the study and in general, it can be said that both ISIS and the Taliban are similar in some political and social principles, with the difference that the Taliban is thinking of taking power in Afghanistan and To practice Islam as he interprets it; But ISIL believes in forming a world government and considers all those who are not with them as infidels and believes that they must either be eliminated or accept ISIL's thinking and rule, so we can say that the Taliban are a group. Salafi but ISIS is a takfiri Salafi group.
