Abstract With the aim of consolidating the theoretical foundation of Islamic resistance (goal), this article has tried to extract the model of Islamic resistance from the transcendental perspective of Imam Ali (a.s.) by referring to Nahj al-Balagheh (source). In this regard, it seemed that the general view of the historical philosophy of Imam Ali (AS) and its theoretical elements provide a very suitable platform for the explanation of resistance. Based on this issue, the present article is "Knowledge of the place of resistance in the theory of historical philosophy of Imam Ali (AS)" (Problem) By applying the analytical and inferential method and exploring the thematic correlation of the research data (Method), this conclusion was reached that Imam Ali (AS) ) consider history to be purposeful and law-based and the divine traditions governing history as the only valid measure for analyzing history. Historical traditions show a kind of circulation in the course of history with the axis of opposition between right and wrong (reason and ignorance) and resistance plays a role as an irreplaceable element in this pattern. The resistance can be divided into two major stages before the death (prior resistance) and after it (posterior resistance) and the abandonment of resistance is the cause of the downward movement of history and the return of faith societies to ignorance. In the quantitative part, using a researcher-made questionnaire whose validity and reliability were confirmed, it was used to check the correlation coefficients between the indicators of provincial management strategies and human resources development. In order to achieve this, a researcher-made questionnaire was distributed among high school teachers. To analyze data from spss software and tables of frequency, mean and standard deviation and at the level of inferential statistics, Kolmogorov Smironov test, one-sample t-test, regression and Sobel test were used for mediating variables (method). In the study of provincial management strategies for the development of human resources, the four strategies of anti-authoritarianism, religious democracy, provision of public interest and active political participation have the highest weights, respectively, and the variable of responsibility has shown an influential role as a mediating variable more than performance(findings).

Abstract Abstract

The growth of the discourse of neo-Ottomanism can be seen from the Ozal period, when the Justice and Development Party(AKP)came to power in 2002,this discourse reached its peak with the nodal point of liberal Islam. After the developments of the Islamic awakening in 2011,Turkey's neo-Ottomanist policy faced serious ups and downs regarding the Syrian crisis and the Islamic resistance formed against terrorists such as ISIS.The question of the research is,what are the reasons for the conflict between the current of Ottomanism and the Islamic resistance with an emphasis on ISIS?The current research is based on the theoretical framework of the discourse and the application of the qualitative method of the descriptive-analytical type. The writers consider Ottomanism as a movement opposed to the assumed Islamic resistance and believe that the Ottomanists of AKP,while adhering to liberal Islam as the nodal point of Ottomanism,at different times and crises, highlight one of the floating signifiers of this discourse such as secularism, nationalism, pragmatism, and the balance between East and West.Theoretically, the discourse of Ottomanism with the nodal point of liberal Islam can be considered as the discourse of Islamic resistance against political Islam.During the Syrian crisis, the Ottomanists,by supporting the opposing groups of the Islamic resistance, including ISIS,tried to expand their discourse in the Islamic world by alienating and opposing the discourse of the Islamic resistance, which is based on political Islam.
