چکیده

از منظر لیبرالیسم، هیچ عقیده ای حق مطلق نبوده و آزادی بالاترین ارزش انسانی است. برخی نظریه پردازان این مکتب نظیر جان لاک، ایمانوئل کانت و جان استوارت میل معتقدند هر یک از انسان ها در زندگی خود آزاد بوده و معیار آنها برای آزادی، آسیب نرساندن به حریم دیگران است. از سویی دیگر، در مبانی دین اسلام، آزادی وسیله است نه هدف و نیز حدود آزادی در شرع تعیین می گردد که در آن، مصالح انسان ها به ویژه مصالح اخروی نیز مورد توجه است. مساله اصلی این مقاله که با روش توصیفی-تحلیلی نگارش شده این است که گر چه برخی از مبانی لیبرالیسم نظیر عدالت، اختیار و آزادی در مبانی دین اسلام نیز مورد تایید و تاکید می باشد، ولی تفاوت هایی بنیادین در مفاهیمی نظیر حکومت، قانون، حقیقت، حریم خصوصی، تفکر و بیان، زندگی دنیوی و محدوده شناختی انسان ها میان آن دو وجود دارد که در این نوشتار ارائه می گردد.

from the perspective of Liberalism, no absolute right to freedom of opinion and the highest human value. Some theorists of this school such as John Locke, Immanuel Kant, and John Stuart Mill believe Each of humans in their lives have been completely free and their criteria for freedom, not having harm to others. On the other hand, the foundations of Islam, and is not targeted by about freedom in Sharia is set in which the interests of the people, especially in in future materials is also discussed. This article that the main issue with-style analysis is that although some bases, such as Liberalism, freedom and justice in the foundations of Islam and also approved, but the fundamental differences in concepts such as as the government, law, a matter of of fact, privacy, thinking and expression, the earthly life and cognitive range between the two men in this document.
