Among the various classes, including the poor, industrial workers and upper classes, cause the new middle class in a revolutionary way; this class can be thought leaders to overcome traditional thinking and lead them to make a rational decision-making. The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of the new middle class is creating a revolution in Egypt and Saudi-style cross will be carried out using the library and internet resources. The results also show that the structural basis because the government authoritarianism, patriarchy, reinter state, civil society and freedom of weak, dependent on the government, political parties, economic and debt crisis, unemployment and poverty, high academic education, Dating with the technology, the internet and modern media, role of women, the process of political liberalization and modernization, etc., in the new middle class in revolutionizing Egypt and Saudi Arabia have had a key role.}, keywords = {Revolution,The new middle class,Egypt,Saudi Arabia}, title_fa = {نگاهی تطبیقی به نقش طبقۀ متوسط جدید در ایجاد انقلاب در مصر و عربستان}, abstract_fa = {با بررسی تحوّلات تاریخی و انقلاب‌ها و جنبش‌های اجتماعی در چند سدۀ اخیر، می‌توان گفت که طبقۀ متوسط جدید، تأثیرگذارترین نیروی اجتماعی محسوب شده و یکی از ویژگی‌های جوامع در حال نوسازی، ظهور و رشد این طبقۀ اجتماعی است. در میان طبقات مختلف از جمله فقیران، کارگران صنعتی و طبقات بالای اجتماعی، هیچ‌کدام انقلابی‌تر از طبقۀ متوسط جدید نیستند؛ این طبقه می‌تواند به عنوان رهبران فکری بر افکار سنتی غلبه و آنها را به یک تصمیم‌گیری منطقی رهنمون سازند. هدف از نگارش تحقیق حاضر، بررسی نقش طبقۀ متوسط جدید در ایجاد انقلاب در مصر و عربستان است که به شیوۀ توصیفی- تحلیلی و با استفاده از منابع کتابخانه‌ای و اینترنتی انجام خواهد گرفت. بر این اساس، سؤال اصلی پژوهش حاضر این است که چرا طبقۀ متوسط جدید در انقلاب مصر توانست نقش مهمی را ایفاء کند، اما همین طبقه در حالی که از رشد مناسبی هم در عربستان برخوردار بوده، نتوانسته تا الان چنین حرکتی را فراروی حکومت بوجود آورد؟ در این راستا، فرضیۀ پژوهش این است که نوع ماهیّت و ساختار دولت، نحوۀ مواجهه دولت با مدرنیته و ساختار اجتماعی و فرآیندهای جهانی‌شدن، عوامل مؤثری در میزان انقلابی‌شدن طبقۀ متوسط جدید در عربستان و مصر داشته است. نتایج تحقیق نیز نشان از آن دارد که علل‌های‌ ساختاری‌ای چون استبداد و خودکامگی دولت، نظام پدرسالاری، دولت رانتیر، جامعۀ مدنی و آزادی بسیار ضعیف، وابستگی به دولت، احزاب سیاسی، بحران اقتصادی و بدهکاری، بیکاری و فقر، تحصیلات دانشگاهی بالا، آشنایی با تکنولوژی‌ها، اینترنت و رسانه‌های مدرن، تقش زنان، فرآیند فضای باز سیاسی و نوسازی و غیره، در میزان انقلابی‌شدن طبقۀ متوسط جدید مصر و عربستان نقش کلیدی داشته‌اند.}, keywords_fa = {انقلاب,طبقۀ متوسط جدید,مصر,عربستان}, url = {http://www.iabaj.ir/article_41542.html}, eprint = {http://www.iabaj.ir/article_41542_04de36ec4a374e04d60d551ad5054b97.pdf} }
